January 5 - 12, 2019
We are doing something a little different this January. The FIT Retreat. Daily hardcore workouts, tons of adventure (rafting, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing), and mental fitness exercises daily (testing your limits physically, and YES - meditation).
This is the first of its kind. A hippie boot camp retreat in the jungle, at the beach, and in the mountains. It will be here in Costa Rica, but we will be on the move around the country - checking out our favorite places for spotting wildlife and getting our sweat in.
Yes, we'll do some yoga. But this is about challenging our limits physically with the elements (and it is very very likely that we will do way too many squats + push ups).
This is definitely calling to those of you who are adventurous - and looking to be challenged and enjoy some hardcore movement. And have a lot of fun.
Start your year off FIT, in the steamy jungles, on the Caribbean Sea, and get down, dirty, and sweaty with us.
Sweaty is the new Sexy.
